At the edge of winter and spring, WAVE music, sports, and arts festival moves to the snowy mountains, gathering #wave_people community in the heart of Carpathians, at the Bukovel ski resort.
WAVE combines the music, kitesurfing/skiing/snowboarding drive, the ever changing natural beauty, and a closed, creative and open community. Selected performing artists, intelligent electronic music and beautiful, strict dress code parties suggest you to discover new facets of your personality. You are encouraged to express yourself, create together, and join the family of sincere, like-minded people.
WAVE is a private community event, and you will need to apply for an invite to access ticket sale and join the festival. Once invited, you are welcome to join WAVE SNOW and WAVE summer events on a Pink Lake in June and August. It is not possible to access WAVE without prior registration.

❄ DRESS CODE WAVE SNOW — RETRO APRE-SKI
Get inspired by the winter sports style of the 70s-80s — retro suits, sweaters and overalls, puffy jackets and vests, tight trousers and fitting underwear, furs and belts, boots and color. A lot of color, their combinations from a vintage palette that is recognizable at a glance — red, blue, white, silver. Unexpected combinations of natural and artificial, modest and sexy, concise and explosive.
Don’t forget to complete the costume with accessories that you are not wearing in everyday life. Multi-colored glasses and colorful scarves, hairstyles and mustaches, incredible hats and ski goggles will make you and everyone around you buzz and smile :)
IMPORTANT: Your retro look should allow you to dance and hang out outside, with the ability to go indoors to warm up. The dress code party will take place in a combined outdoor/indoor space with the mountain view and warm lounge bar.
IMPORTANT: You can’t get away with just a second-hand skiing overall dated previous century, or your favorite colorful hoodie, or otherwise play hooky on dress code requirement. The people’s themed appearance is very high profile here, and you’ll need to be creative and carefully design your very special look to pass the uncompromised dress code control. NO DRESS — NO WAVE, even if you have a ticket, and there are no exceptions made. See examples on instagram here:
Style can be manifested not only in your clothes — you can continue to create much further. Use the opportunity to be a part of this audiovisual experience, and enjoy the open atmosphere of WAVE.

March 21–24
Rider’s afterparty on Dragobrat (a small high-mountain village; this is a free-to-join option for those who want to stay in the mountains). After a weekend full of hanging out and socializing, you may enjoy a few days in the wild. Gazing stars, mountain tops and a fantastic (catski) freeride lines amidst natural alpine forests and March snowfalls. Oh yes, and a relaxing hot tub with a mountain view in the company of new WAVE friends.
❄ SPOTS AND ACCOMODATION
We see a spot as two basic components: a company of like-minded people and a place where you feel comfortable being yourself.
Accomodation is booked together with WAVE ticket.
- Radisson Blu five-star Hotel-indoor parties venue and main accomodation spot, where most action will happen. It has higher end service and spacious rooms, SPA+pool included and ski in/out.

- BAZA Smart Hotel is a design-hotel with a modern, yet cozy atmosphere, and the hotel completely belongs for the community for the weekend. It is immediate to the ski lift, and has smart options like compact rooms or nice hostel cells. However, you’ll have to walk your way to parties at Radisson Hotel (20 min)
You purchase ticket + accomodation package online for both of the hotels, and this is the highly recommenteded option to enjoy WAVE SNOW (while rooms are available).
It is also possible to get a room in any other Bukovel hotel of your choice; however you’ll need a special “external” WAVE bracelet that’s 30 EUR extra. This provides more private space, but most might miss the perks of spending valuable time with community.
Tickets are limited at the online sale; please note it is not possible to get WAVE tickets at the door.
❄ THINK YOUR TEAM
- Most will come as a group of friends /partners/couples. #wave_people is a big family consisting of lots of smaller ones
- You are welcome to join WAVE alone, and standard rooms include shared “1/2 room” accomodation options, in addition to single rooms. We will suggest you a buddy to share the experience.
- WAVE welcomes children of any age. Just make sure they will enjoy the sports, electronic music culture, and take responsible care of your children.
- Dogs are welcome at the BAZA hotel, they even receive a doggy breakfast

The cost of tickets and host hotels are shown in EUR; the cost is given per person, for 2 nights of the weekend:
❄ Extra — you will find the usual ski resort set:
- get there: about 1600 UAH (sleep train return ticket from Kiev); or air fare around 4000 UAH; or 800 km drive.

- dinners pre-order (buffet at the Radisson — 21 EUR if booked in advance(!), dinner at the BAZA Hotel — 15 EUR)
- ski equipment rental, if needed — UAH 250–350 per day + mandatory helmet. Rentals will be right next to the hotels, no need to pre-book

Make essential decisions:

3. How do you want to accomodate, how many rooms do you need?
Tip 1: do not wait for all your friends, start with those ready for action; others may follow
4. What spot do you want to live in — party-place Radisson or cozy BAZA?
Tip 2: The experience of living on WAVE SNOW in a hangout is invaluable, and the pricing of these hotels are just right in their class. Look no further.
5. Check a stash on the your card, and book your ticket and accommodation.

You can buy tickets and accomodation for yourself and all of your friends, BUT be sure to enter all the guest information as listed in their invites
Failure to provide invite information will result in ticket cancellation with no refund of service fee
